With all 3 phases being extremely optimal (42 second first phase, 14.5 second 2nd phase, and an 11 second 3rd phase) record is possible. 1:10:22 3/22 01-03-15 I got this a few days ago. Sub 1:10 or bust..... 1:09:83 3/22 06-25-15 Finally got the sub 1:10 with phases of 42.23 and 58.22 or so, but I've been doing this so long that I NEED that record 1:12:82 3/21 04-27-14 43.xx, 59.xx. Not bad..... But even without those third phase strats, I can still get the record here. 1:22:58 4/21 04-15-14 44.44, 1:05.76!
